What You Will Be Learning:
- Introduces a problem-solving approach focused on empathy, experimentation, and iteration.
- Emphasises a human-centered approach, starting with understanding people’s needs and experiences.
- Involves generating and prototyping creative solutions.
- Encourages testing and refining solutions through feedback.
Outcomes:
- Examine the concepts of design thinking, its value and application.
- Relate the methodology and process of design thinking to design problems.
- Display the ability to develop and communicate creative and complex design solutions.
This course can be exempted from First City University College’s Master of Design Management.
