What You Will Be Learning:
- Prepare individuals for careers in business consulting.
- It focuses on building essential consulting skills and offers a pathway to establishing a consulting business.
- Gain insight into consulting opportunities and learn about the entire consulting process, from proposal preparation to service delivery.
- Familiarise individuals with the roles and skill sets required for consultants and enhance their marketing abilities to secure consulting engagements.
Outcomes:
- Analyze the objectives and procedures involved in a consulting business.
- Develop a marketing strategy to promote consulting services.
- Exhibit business consulting skills in client management.
This course can be exempted from First City University College’s Master of Business Administration.
